1. What is coworking?

Coworking is shared workspace geared towards freelancers, small start-ups, and remote workers. It’s a flexible space with a whole range of amenities you’d expect to find in a more traditional office. These include shared spaces and private meeting rooms, Internet and communications infrastructure, kitchen facilities, and recreational areas. Instead of taking out a traditional long-term lease, workers in a coworking setup will have short-term or flexible memberships allowing them access to these amenities.

2. Are coworking spaces open?

Yes, We are open. We are keeping our members and their guests safe with routine cleaning along with sanitizing. We also ask all members and guests to wear masks in the building and to appropriately social distance, and if you are feeling ill that you work from home.

3. Are coworking spaces worth it?

You’ll find there is a whole range of coworking models available to suit any budget, and you can save 20 to 40% compared to the cost of leasing a traditional office space.

4. Are coworking spaces safe?

Yes, We make sure security and safety in our community is the highest priority. The doors to the office are operated by key card access only. Private offices are also kept locked and only office owners have access to them. Desk members have locking filing cabinets. All areas are secure with locks and for added protection security cameras. The private parking is in the back for members is only. We also have all guests check-in at the tablet by the front desk to monitor and identify who is visiting.

5. What are shared office spaces?

Shared office spaces (coworking spaces) are workstations rented by remote employees, freelancers, gig workers, consultants, and anyone else who may not have a central office—one space for one individual. Shared office space is a much larger workplace rented for many people in a similar fashion. Where a freelancer may rent a coworking space, a startup may periodically rent shared office space to bring its entire team together.

6. How does coworking work?

Coworking is an arrangement in which workers of different companies share an office space, allowing cost savings and convenience through the use of common infrastructures, such as equipment, utilities, and receptionist and custodial services, refreshments, and mail and package acceptance services. It is attractive to independent contractors, independent scientists, telecommuting and work-at-home professionals, and people who travel frequently. Additionally, coworking helps workers avoid the feeling of isolation they may experience while telecommuting, traveling, or working at home alone, and eliminate distractions. The office and dedicated desks range from semi-private to open areas. We believe that working in an open space with other creatives creates a collective of creative minds that help one another grow their business. We focus on building a community that can help your business thrive. Need marketing there is one sitting to desks down, need an account they are next to you. Having resources within walking distance can help immensely.
